Wrongful Death Law: Death arising from motor vehicle accidents or other acts of wrongful conduct.

Domestic Relations Law: We handle divorce cases and child custody cases, modifications of child support or child custody, adoptions, protective orders and disputes involving family violence and all other domestic relations issues.

Criminal Law: Defense of felony cases (Murder, Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Burglary of all degrees, drug cases as a Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, etc.) and misdemeanor charges ((Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Battery under the Family Violence Act, Driving on Suspended License, Speeding, etc.) of all varieties.  As a former Assistant District Attorney and Assistant Solicitor-General and current defense attorney, Emory Stroberg has been involved as a lawyer in over a thousand (1000) DUI cases.  Emory is also certified in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST)- the training that law enforcement must receive to effectively implement and enforce DUI laws.  He received Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) training as well to further his knowledge on how particular substances- outside of alcohol alone- impair drivers of our State.
