Criminal Law: Defense of felony cases (Murder, Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Burglary of all degrees, drug cases as violations of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, etc.) and misdemeanor charges ((Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Battery under the Family Violence Act, Driving on Suspended License, Speeding, etc.) of all varieties.  As a former Assistant District Attorney and Assistant Solicitor-General and current defense attorney, Emory Stroberg has been involved as a lawyer in over a thousand DUI cases.  Emory is also certified in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST)- the training that law enforcement receives to implement and enforce DUI laws.
